Halloween is by far my favorite holiday to celebrate, and I am a complete sucker for anything with bats, ghosts, witches, pumpkins .. you get the gist. So of course I just had to get my hands on a few packages of these adorable #Honest "Boo" diapers.

When we brought Hudson home from the hospital, we were overwhelmed by all the different diapers we had acquired from friends and family, so we just picked one and tried them and so on and on until we came to our Honest package. Every other brand either made him uncomfortable or he had major leakage. Speaking of leakage, let's share our worst leakage stories. Hudson's goes as follows.

Ryan and I had taken Hudson on his first road trip to Arizona. Ryan's Christmas gift from me was tickets to see 311's NYE show, at the Marquee Theatre in Phoenix. We joined our AZ friends and had a wonderful night. Headed back to CA the next day feeling excited about the fun times and the new year ahead of us. Packed up the car and headed home. About 2 hours out from where we live, Hudson decides to go to the bathroom. And go he went! But we weren't phased, because we were doing amazing at the whole "parenting" thing and definitely packed enough diapers and surely enough wipes to handle ANY situation. NOPE. We had one diaper and NO WIPES!!! And not using #Honest diapers at the time, we had a major mess on our hands. Long story short, we figured it out (did a little MacGyver action) in between laughing hysterically at our fails and also gagging at the smell. So needless to say, we've been bundling with The Honest Company ever since!
